Questions cafés ask
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Customers scan your counter QR code, enter their name and email (or sign in with Google), and their card is saved to Apple Wallet, Google Wallet or a web page. There is nothing to install.
Do I need any special hardware?
No. Stamping works with the camera on the iPad, Android tablet or phone you already have at the till. A USB barcode scanner also works if you prefer one.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. Sign up, choose your card colors and reward, then print the counter poster with your QR code.
How much does it cost?
Starter is A$29 a month for one location. Pro is A$39 a month for multiple locations plus priority support. Both start with a 30-day free trial and you can cancel anytime.
Can I message my customers?
Yes. Stampdrop automatically emails customers when they are one stamp away and when a reward is ready. You can also send promos to customers who opted in, and win back regulars who have gone quiet.
What stops people gaming the stamps?
Each card has a signed code, and a cooldown between stamps stops double-dipping and screenshot sharing.
Can I cancel?

Customers and café owners can sign in with Google so stamp cards are tied to an account, not one browser. We request only your name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID (scopes openid, email and profile). We use them only to create your account, sign you in, show your name on your card and send reward reminders.
